Here are some important dates:
Deposits are due right away because space is limited. Once these spaces are gone airfare and ground costs could increase. Hurry and reserve your space! Final payment is due September 1, 2011. Please send payments to: Refining Fire Ministries, P.O. Box 72071, Newnan, GA 30271.
- Can I still go if I have not paid my deposit? Yes, but check with RFM for availability and increased costs. We have limited seats and have no guarantee for additional seats.
- What happens after the deadline if I have not made full payment? Contact RFM for seat availability.
If you should decide to go at the last minute there will be an additional charge to cover the increase in ticket prices. We can receive payment as late as November 15, 2011, but the trip price will increase depending on increased costs of airfare and ground costs.
